I’m a creative executive and strategic consultant in media and entertainment, with a wide breadth of experience spanning innovative ad sales partnerships, user experience design, and executive leadership. Currently, I lead multicultural content monetization strategy at Warner Bros. Discovery, where I help drive revenue through inventive client partnerships. I’ve also built a strong community of practice among the industry’s Indigenous affinity networks - creating space, visibility, and connection for Native professionals within the entertainment industry and beyond.
My career has been shaped by a deep passion for storytelling and a commitment to helping creators bring their visions to life. Whether I’m solving a problem, planning a project, or simply catching up with a collaborator, I show up with presence, purpose, and positivity. I lead when needed, listen deeply, and leave every interaction with clarity, momentum, and a sense of support.
Today, I focus on empowering creators - especially those navigating systemic barriers - to monetize their work without compromising their voice. I bring strategic insight, operational clarity, and joyful leadership to every challenge, always with a service mindset and a deep respect for the creative process.
I am proud member of the Crow Tribe, and I grew up in rural Arizona. Film and television shaped how I saw the world. Peter Jackson’s ‘Lord of the Rings’ Trilogy (shout out to the ‘making of’ DVD featurettes - what a throwback!) opened my eyes to the full spectrum of careers in entertainment. That spark led me to study independent filmmaking, then art, design, and media in London. After a few years teaching during the Great Recession, I moved to Los Angeles and began my entertainment career at DIRECTV’s UX design studio, eventually rising to lead producer before joining WarnerMedia.
Outside of work, you’ll find me planning my next trip, playing pool with my boyfriend, or catching up on my watchlist with my dogs curled up beside me.
